How to List a Card or Product on PokéSales

Listing your Pokémon cards or TCG products on PokéSales is easy! Just follow these steps to get your listing up and visible to the community.

1. Click the 'Post Your Ad +' Button

You’ll find this button clearly marked throughout the site. It’s your gateway to starting a new listing.

2. Use the Quick Start Tool

Enter the name of your card in the Quick Start search bar (for example: Pikachu) and click Search.

  • A list of matching cards will appear. Select the correct one.

  • This will auto-fill details like set, type, and card number.

  • You’ll also see suggested options and pricing, which can help guide your listing.

3. Complete the Listing Form

Even with Quick Start, it’s important to review and fill in all remaining sections:

  • Category – Choose the correct type (e.g., Single Cards, Booster Packs, Graded Cards).

  • Pricing – Set your price or enable trade options.

  • Shipping – Choose your shipping method and costs.

4. Upload Your Images

To ensure safety and legitimacy, all listings must include images that meet the following standards:

  • Include your First & Last Name, your PokéSales username, and the current date (handwritten) clearly visible in the image.

  • Show the front and back of the card (or product) clearly, with good lighting and focus.

  • Avoid using stock images or photos taken from other websites.

Tip: If you’re having trouble ordering your images, try uploading your main image first, then add your supporting images after.

5. Add Your Location

To help with searches and meetups, you’ll need to include a region-based location. This protects your exact address while helping buyers understand where the item is coming from.

  • Use a general region such as Christchurch, Auckland, Wellington.

  • You can also use specific areas within a region like Rangiora, Rolleston, Henderson, or Porirua.

Once your listing is complete, hit Submit, and it will go live on the platform shortly (pending moderation if applicable).

You're now ready to connect with other Pokémon fans and find the perfect buyer or trade!
