Handling Disputes and Reporting Issues
While most transactions on PokéSales should go smoothly, there may be times when disputes arise between buyers, sellers, or traders. If an issue occurs, follow these steps to resolve it effectively.
Item Not Received – The seller claims to have shipped the item, but the buyer never received it.
Item Not as Described – The received card differs from the listing description.
Payment Issues – A buyer refuses to pay, or a seller requests additional unexpected payments.
Communication Breakdown – One party becomes unresponsive after an agreement is made.
Start by messaging the other user politely to clarify the issue.
Provide evidence (such as screenshots, photos, or tracking numbers) to support your claim.
Many disputes can be solved through mutual understanding and communication.
Take screenshots of conversations and transaction details.
Save any payment confirmations, shipping receipts, or card images.
Document discrepancies between the listing and the received item.
If you used PayPal Goods & Services or another protected method, initiate a claim if necessary.
Avoid non-reversible payment methods like direct bank transfers or gift cards.
If communication fails or fraud is suspected, use PokéSales' reporting system to submit a complaint.
We review cases involving scam reports, repeat offenders, and policy violations.
If you made a payment through PayPal or another secure platform, you may need to escalate the dispute there.
If fraud or theft is involved, consider contacting local authorities.
Navigate to the user’s profile or listing and click the Report button. Or via the contact us page.
Select the issue type (e.g., suspected fraud, misrepresentation, harassment).
Provide relevant details and evidence to assist in the investigation.
Clearly describe items in listings with accurate photos and conditions.
Keep all communications and agreements on the PokéSales platform.
Use secure and verifiable payment methods.
Be responsive and transparent when completing transactions.
By following these guidelines, you can help ensure a fair and smooth experience on PokéSales. If you ever feel unsafe or suspect fraud, don’t hesitate to report the issue so we can take action!
